Should an item not resonate as expected, we have established a considered and secure process for returns and exchanges.
RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the date you receive your order.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
To ensure the continued integrity of our collections, all returned or exchanged items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original, pristine condition.
- All original tags, packaging, certificates of authenticity, and protective pouches must be included and intact.
- The item must be returned in the original, secure packaging it was shipped in to prevent damage in transit.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
In alignment with the exclusive and often archival nature of our collections, the following items are considered final sale:
- ARCHIVE Pieces: Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind, or limited-availability nature of items in our ARCHIVE collection, all sales are final. We encourage intentional consideration prior to acquisition.
- Any item that does not meet the return conditions outlined above.
- Items purchased during any final sale or special promotion that was explicitly marked as “non-returnable.”
THE RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
To expedite the process, you may use the request template provided below. - Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for your return shipment. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Securely Package and Ship: Please securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all original elements, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA form. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). - Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt at our studio, our team will conduct a careful inspection to ensure the item meets our return conditions. We will notify you via email once this inspection is complete.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
Refunds (for returns): Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by our team, plus additional time for your bank or payment provider (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) to post the credit to your account. The total timeframe is typically 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
- Amount: The refund will be for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as noted above.
Exchanges: For exchanges, we will process the shipment of your new item once the return is received and approved. If the new item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference following the refund process outlined above.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
As we serve a global community (excluding remote areas), customers returning items from outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and international shipping costs associated with the return. We advise declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially minimize fees. The refund will be issued for the item value only, as per the conditions above.
