Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer two complementary shipping options to serve our international clientele (excluding remote areas):
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx.
- Cost: $12.95 USD.
- Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 USD.
- Cost: Complimentary.
- Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
Should an item not resonate as expected, we have established a secure and considered process. Our policy balances clarity with the protection necessary for our treasured pieces.
Return & Exchange Window
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the date you receive your order.
Conditions for Return
To preserve the integrity of our collections, all items must be returned in their original, pristine state:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, certificates of authenticity, and protective pouches included and intact.
- Returned in the original, secure shipping packaging to prevent transit damage.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
In alignment with the exclusive and often archival nature of our collections, the following are considered final sale:
- All ARCHIVE Pieces: Due to their unique, one-of-a-kind, or limited-availability nature, all sales in the ARCHIVE collection are final. We encourage intentional consideration prior to acquisition.
- Any item that does not meet the return conditions above.
- Items purchased during a final sale or promotion explicitly marked “non-returnable.”
The Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps within the 15-day window:
- Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and item details. Using the template below will expedite your request.
- Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
- Securely Package and Ship: Securely repackage the item with all original elements, include a copy of your order confirmation, and ship it to the address provided using a trackable and insured service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
- Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt at our studio, we will conduct a careful inspection. You will be notified via email once this is complete.
Refunds & Credits
For Approved Returns:
- Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
- Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process the refund, plus additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the credit. The total timeframe is typically 10-15 business days from the approval date.
- Amount: The refund covers the item’s cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
For Exchanges:
- Your new item will ship once the return is received and approved.
- If the new item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference. If lower, we will refund the difference per the refund process above.
International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and international shipping costs. We advise declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially minimize fees. Refunds are for the item value only.
