Our website and terms reflect a commitment to transparency, quality, and a considered experience. Your use of our site constitutes an agreement between you and Mam Originals Shop.

2. Website Use & Intellectual Property

Your Obligations: You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse site content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or interfere with the site’s functionality.

Our Intellectual Property: All content on this site—including text, images, logos, product designs, photographs, and the overall “look and feel”—is the property of Mam Originals or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. The ARCHIVE, in particular, represents a curated collection of unique intellectual and artistic property.

3. Product Information & Service Description

We present our ARCHIVE, BAGS, and JEWELRY with detailed descriptions and imagery. Every effort is made to display colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, materials, and the handmade nature of many pieces. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue items at any time.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

Order Acceptance: Placing an item in your cart or receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on available stock, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. Your order is formally accepted only when we dispatch the item(s).

Pricing & Payment: Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including shipping and any applicable taxes/duties (see Section 6), to your selected payment method at the time of purchase. Payment must be cleared before order processing begins.

Order Processing & Changes: Orders are thoughtfully processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends/holidays). Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to modify or cancel an order. We will attempt to accommodate requests if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment stage.

5. Shipping Policy

Service Areas: We ship internationally, excluding Asia and remote areas as defined by our carriers. If you are unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us prior to ordering.

Methods & Timelines:

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Cost: $12.95 USD. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 USD. Cost: Complimentary. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Mam Originals is not liable for delays, failed delivery, or loss due to incorrect address information, customs holds, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Taxes, Duties & International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, you are the importer of record and are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees levied by your country’s authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are payable upon delivery. We advise researching your local import regulations prior to purchase.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Items

Our full Shipping & Returns policy is integral to these Terms. Please review it carefully on our homepage. Key terms include:

Return/Exchange Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.

Your Obligations for Returns: Items must be returned unused, unworn, with all original tags, packaging, certificates, and protective pouches intact, and in the original shipping packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is damaged in return transit.

Final Sale Items: To protect the exclusive nature of our collections, ALL items from the ARCHIVE, any item marked “final sale” or “non-returnable,” and any item not meeting the return conditions are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage intentional consideration prior to acquiring these pieces.

Refund Process: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of our inspection, with a total timeframe of 10-15 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mam Originals and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure. This limitation does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as for personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute relating in any way to your use of the site or purchase from us shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona, except that we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
